The only real problem I had with the hinge was when the Pixel Fold was completely open. It didn’t have a satisfying “end” as I’ve experienced with Samsung foldables. The other issue is that the Pixel Fold does not automatically lay fully flat when unfolded. I almost wanted to stress it into a perfectly flat plane, but I worried that I would damage the device. Apparently, you can press it flat without issue, but I have no idea why Google didn't make sure the Fold automatically unfolds flat.
